Aude is an Osteopath Manual Practitioner D.O. FERO (Federal European Register of Osteopaths) graduated in 2012 from the Dauphine Institute of Osteopathy (I.D.O) in Paris, France. Since childhood, Aude has been fascinated by the human body and wanted to help people. She discovered osteopathy and was impressed by the idea of helping people with just her hands. She started her training, taking over 5 years of full-time theoretical, clinical and practical studies which was finalized by a clinic and a thesis about “Professional Order and Osteopathy.” During her curriculum, she had the chance to experience different areas of practice including, but not limited to sports and artistic (PUC Of Paris, The Musical Of Adam and Eve, The Marathon Of Paris). She worked for 4 years in her own practice in close collaboration with different therapists, and was in a partnership with Disneyland Paris to deliver osteopathic care for their staff. Practicing Latin dance, she was fortunate enough to combine both of her passions at a dance school where she offered hands-on osteopathic care to dancers. This allows her to better understand the body through motion as well as the common afflictions that dancers experience. After a trip to Toronto 4 years ago, she fell in love with the country and decided to move to Canada. Aude has a special interest in perinatal care (pre and post partum, fertility and babies) and is constantly learning new skills to improve the care of her patients. Her approach uses a combination of soft tissue manipulation, cranial osteopathy, visceral manipulation and osteopathy articular techniques to adapt her treatment to each patient, from newborn to elderly, and from pregnant woman to athlete. In her spare time Aude likes walking for hours with her dog, and discovering new places. She also likes spending time with her friends and family, and Latin dancing. She will welcome you in French or English.
